First off thanks to Richard_H for mentioning on the podcast the little shop in the Grainger Market in Newcastle that sometimes has Vintage. So many shops shut down nowadays, great to see they're still going. Picked up R5 D4 there. Nice bloke works in there, bought a few bits off him. Thanks to Fett from the Forum who sold me the R2 pop up. I bought a vintage saber off eBay last year and it's been without an R2 for ages. Nice to have them together...

And thanks to Itfciain who I met last weekend at Celebration and bagged my first baggie:

I guess I should explained the Slave 1 items, basically the steel die used to manufacture the medallions and also 2 unfinished raw castings.

Been fortunate to sponsor the collecting track a few times and always get to keep the items used in the production process.

Also have similar items from the TIE Pilot and Han Solo Star Tots

My Latest from Vectis (apologies...not had energy to take own pic  )

Gary, I coveted that Jawa in the Vectis! Absolutely brilliant. How many known to be in existence? What the hell is it about Palitoy Jawas that makes them so hard to find?? That's the first I've seen for ages.

Very nice Gary, I now see why you drove so far to collect it! You just can't post those bubbles.

Something a bit different here. Action Man Commando Outfit with hand cut window / opening on the front card. The production piece would open like a book but this was an experiment to make a sleeve like package that the item would slide out off. The best thing about this is what the Palitoy designer used to make the back of this mock up. Part of a ESB Xwing box. I guess it was just what they had kicking about.

Hope you all enjoy seeing this.

Some of the pick ups on the last few pages have been well and truly amazing.
That Action Man XWing combo is mint, never seen anything quite like that before 8)

After Gary's kind gesture yesterday of going to Vectis and dropping of my lot I thought I'd share.

I genuinely wasn't going to bid on this as with being a)Luke and b)Palitoy I honestly expected it to go for a fair bit more than it did. Guess Palitoy 41's just aren't in the same demand as 30's and debut 45a.....

I'm well chuffed to have bagged this

Childhood one?

500 600 or 1200?

No it's a very pimped up 4000, here's a fairly recent photo. I've owned this one for about 4 years now, had an A1200 back in the 90s.

Wow an Amiga 4000! I loved my Batman pack Amiga A500 with extra 500k ram but would have loved one of those. I had a Commodore 1084 monitor to go with it how does that monitor compare?
