Just wanted to post a quick 'Thank you' to all you guys on here. The likes of Iain( who introduced me) Grant, Lars, Edd, Luis, Frank, Jas, Jason, Gary, Bram, June....The list goes on. Don't feel to offended if I forgot to mention you...its not intentional :D

This has to be, by far, the best SW site on the net! Having dealt with so many people on here from all across the UK, USA, Europe, its been a pleasure to be a member on here

I'm sure some of you will have seen that I am selling off my LFB cardback collection...its not all bad

As I said to Grant and Lars, I've totally lost the collecting bug over the last number of months. I'm not even scouring eBay anymore for cards let alone figures.. :(

I sold my figure collection a while back to fund training I was getting into and that has progressed more rapidly than I expected. I am focusing on Brazilian jiu jitsu and between training, competition fees (Two more coming up before Christmas), Kit, etc, it all adds up. I just couldn't justify having a collection gathering dust when I needed cash.

I'm not going to be a stranger, just won't be posting as much as before. Still enjoying looking at the Latest pick ups that people come by.

Too end, just to prove it hasn't been a total waste of time and effort, heres a pic of my Silver medal I recently picked up as Runner up in a national BJJ competition....

As Bram said the pleasure is ours Jeff, we will be here for you when the bug bites back mate & there are always more important things than toys.

Really pleased to hear things are progressing well with your training & that you already have accolades to prove what you're investing in is working for you.

As the others have said, don't be a stranger & ATB for the future for you & yours.

Fair play Jeff, that's a fantastic achievement. It's great to see people like you with drive, ambition and motivation. I wish more people were like you.

My collecting cools off considerably during the summer months as it is the peak of the triathlon and cycling time trial season so I just don't have time to dedicate to the hobby.

I'm cool with that though a its meant my efforts this year have resulted in me qualifying for spot on Team GB for the Age group European triathlon championships in Geneva next year.

Keep us up to date with your progress. Best of luck.

Thanks for the comments lads, as I say I will still be having a good look at everyone's recent acquisitions now and then.

Mike...I'm a little bit off my red belt, hopefully will be eligible to fight for my Blue belt around Christmas! It's a long term goal 10yrs+ for Black belt, I know that might sound crazy to some people but it's a goal I've set myself. Will get it done before retirement :D

Bram...a true gent as always, it was a pleasure dealing with you, be it a trade, sale, whatever

Michael...Appreciate those words, as you said I'm doing something for me that I'm really enjoying.

Richard.....

Chubb....Didn't think that I Thanked you???....

Mate, you have been a credit to the board and I hope that you don't become a stranger

A lot of people come and go - I is the nature of this hobby - but if you ever decide to pick up the collecting baton again then I am sure that there will be a few things that catch your eye in the sales threads

Chris, Thanks for the comments. I think I had 36 at one point :D

Crazy...I'm sure I'll be back buying at some point, as you say it's hard to stay away.

Iain....it's all your fault anyways, lost count of all our deals. When I do feel the collecting bug again I know exactly where to come looking :D
