hyver's slice (updated june 2011 - new pics on page 3)

what better way to come out of lurk-mode than to show the goodies?

here's where i'm standing today, collection-wise
my goal, if any, is to collect a nice "slice" of what is out there in the world of vintage star wars. the kenner line as a base to start from, but with a unhealthy interest in "foreign" versions, funky oddball stuff, and esthetically (sp?) pleasing lay outs in general.

lots of work to be done, still

one of the first next steps will be adding another glass cabinet..

-- took some daylight pictures, and cleaned up a little

(fiy just about any non-sw item you see here is possibly up for a trade against something that would fit nicely in my sw collection)

about the arse thing: two of my friends have collections much like this one, but x times bigger.. hence my term modest. not letting that get to me though... really. i'm ok

That's an awesome collection you have there Hyver,especially the palitoy droid factory.I've never seen one in such excellent condition until now!

spoons - haha no, actually that's my office.. which is about as clustered and chaotic as garages can get

tatsie - the big upside of taking snapshots without flash, is that nobody notices the yellowing

i'll make some daytime pics soon though, this time *with* a tripod
