Ok well the RS seller is all sorted, now this ebay guy..

I asked him to reply to me to let me know when they were sent , he didn't reply so I sent this :
Hi, I have still not had any reply and still no figures, although other items bought from America have reached me (one recently sent on the 28th August and got here today , just a week !I paid you on the 11th August and still nothing - almost a month)
I don't doubt the postal system can be erratic at times but your lack of communication isn't helping at all, please let me know when the figures were sent to me..
If I do not get a reply to this message I will have to proceed with a claim on these.

The seller and I spoke last week (well I spoke and he sent one message) he said if they don't turn up today then he will send out replacements, at first I thought wow what a nice guy and thought that would be a decent thing to do.
No communication all weekend (again) after several messages, got up this morning thinking it could be him stalling as the claim deadline is approaching , god knows when a set of replacement figures would arrive if his first set have taken almost 5 weeks already, so I started the claim today.
I can bet he will reply in the next day or so..

Seller has still not made any contact despite the emails I have sent, he received a lot of negatives from a couple of buyers (one was even alibob our friend..)
I wonder what happened to this guy, I feel a bit numb by it all, glad its sorted but the lack of contact and the fact that it appears only his international packages didn't arrive could mean that they were not handled properly by the postal system? I don't know, I guess if he had sent them out he would have replied to me all this time.

Thanks Emiel, to be honest, after all the hassle its not even like I feel I won... I still don't have the figures I wanted and I haven't missed the money as its been so long.
I guess I should go find some figures to buy .. :?
On another good note, thanks to some very good friends I almost have a complete 7pack mailer and dare I say it...I found my 79back... (THANK YOU DEL + SHAWN!)

I'm glad to hear you finally got your refund Joe. Hopefully you can reuse the money and get the figures from a better seller.
