Seriously though they should have arrived by now just make sure you dont wait beyond the paypal protection period.

I don't mind things taking a while but its the lack of communication that pisses me off, he hasn't even asked if I got them yet let alone mention that he sent them in the first place...

Its either 45 or 60 days if i remember rightly you used to get 90 days but eBay shortened it.

A claim might be the kick in the arse he needs.

I agree zero communication sucks i can handle waiting no problem as long as people are in touch.

They will arrive Joe, no worries. And a paypal dispute on day 44 will kick him in gear. Afterwards you have another 20 days to decide whether you escalate to a claim.

Got another problem over on RS, well known member sends me a pm offering me some bits, I reply with interest then I don't get a reply, now he is selling lots of things and busy with that when I am trying to wrap up a deal with him that was proposed before his FS thread

Sent another message when I saw his FS thread go up but still no reply (yet has replied to his own FS post), I wish he would because other people have offered me similar items and I keep having make people wait till I get a reply..

I had considered it! He said he is wading through his PM's for his stuff for sale so I had thought about just saying " don't forget mine!" on his FS post but I guess it is a bit off.. then again if I wait any longer I risk losing the other sellers interests and I am still none the wiser as to us having a deal!
