Why is RS always down in the mornings/early afternoon..

I remember reading somewhere that it was to do with software updates or something along those lines.

Its not just the morning or afternoon. I tried to send a PM over there around 7:30 pm my time and it went down all of a sudden. I just told the guy to email me instead because of it. I know I'm not on there as much as I used to be, but hell, it was going down as much when I was on everyday as it is now. Its getting to be a pain in the ass.

Im probably the last person to notice but the RS site only appears to be crashed if there is a maximum amount of people already logged on to the site. I could be wrong tho.

It crashes here for me everyday at the sametime 5 pm... No other time really does it drop out.... it's ALWAYS at 5pm for about 15-20 mins..
