i think its just time on the forum, and your general contribution, i work in IT and can stay on all day, and this is the only forum im actively on, nothing wrong with the others, but this was my first and it feels like home lol.

Also nothing wrong with asking to be on the team either, a lot of people dont want to do it, banning tossers and deleting threads isnt exciting.

Seeing Edd let me be a Mod on here you clearly don't need to know ANYTHING about SW, you don't need to be able to spell, or even form proper sentences, patience is a virtue that I NEVER had, and as for brown nosing....well You don't even wanna know what Andy offered to do when he wanted to become a Mod.
