no with me they dont mate ...my business is lease hold and the prices in that market are stronger than ever due to the HOUSING MARKET... my business is valued on its turn over which isnt directly linked with interest rates......... but iam sure you new that :wink:[/quote]

Psychiatric Nurse, working nights (keeps childcare costs down!).
Not as exciting or as mad as I sounds, more often than not I'm just dealing with elderly depressive or youngsters whom have smoked too much weed and gone a bit do-lally.
Done it 8 years now, wanted to be an illustrator (well, still am but didnt want to end up in some graphuc dept for a trael company.... no disrespect if you do that job anyone....) but this pays better....
