Loose figure dealers on ebay?

It appears that some of the loose collectors on here buy from Leahs Toys, but which others are safe? I have been browsing through ebay and i've stumbled across "Diezels" who appear to have a decent choice.....

I'm closing in on completing my carded collection as I only need 16 more figures and would like to start a loose collection in the near future.
Gustie has kindly offered to help on here which is kind, but which ebay dealers are the best for reliable conditions and who when the say "original weapons etc" actually privide them????

Really will only want figs in 9.5/10 off the card type condition.....
