What's the deal with this one peeps - really only 3 in existence?

Maybe just 3 on the AFA database?
There was another one on eBay about 6 months ago, can't remember the exact figure but it was around 1200 quid.

These are not common, but aren't exactly mega rare either, seen a few Leia White footer's on ebay the last few years.

This one is way overpriced
