It's "theirs" when referring to a thing that belongs to someone not "theres" (fyi; there's no such word as "theres")
and it's "your" when telling someone "your collection is growing fast" and "you're" when telling someone "you're collecting at quite a rate"

Sorry Joe but it's the Northerners that have got it right, us Southerners are just copying the 'Queens English'.
Look at words like bath, them up north have got it right, it's not 'barth' its bath.
