When did Kenner and pailitoy cease production???

Hi anyone know when the last figures/ships etc left the production line???

I know figures were available as late as 1990/91 as stores such as Menzies and Woolworths sold them off.

I also heard from a source in Leicester that Palitoy skipped hundreds of figures and action men into a landfill site!

If only we could dig it up! Shame its illegal to do that!!!!

ha ha - the old Palitoy land fill rumours - if I have a Yak Face for everytime I'd heard about that one then I would have a Yak Army bigger than Pete's

It was the owner of Leicester Vintage Toys that told me. He said he had a box in his garage full of headless action men he had rescued from skips!!!
