Searching ebay for a decent ROTJ Ackbar MOC (3 years into that search  ) and saw this bubble which i've never seen before. Have i just not been paying attention the last 4 years of collecting or Is it fake?

I'm talking about the upward arch/dent between the feet. Never seen that before. Just looked at about 15 on ebay and none of them have an arch between the feet. Never seen one before.

Most 65 kenners are flat, there are a few with the dent on ebay us right now. I'd say about 25% dent.

cheers Jason

Hmm, i see. Funny, either never seen it or never noticed it before. Tho i'm sure if it'd seen it before i would have noticed. Maybe.

Yep I knew what you meant Pete, you can find a similar bubble on the AT-ST Driver too, might just be dependant on which factory produced them or something to do with the figures wider than normal stance perhaps (both Ackbar and AT-ST seem to have similar stances).

I see so it was just a few specific figures that had it. Not across the board. I must say I've never paid enough attention to the At-St driver but i do often search around for Ackbar MOCs, been after a decent one for years (to no avail  ) so i'm surprised this is the first time i've seen one with this kind of bubble.
Perhaps i shouldn't add to my CV; "good at noticing stuff"
