You really need to be careful though because if you do or whoever is doing it for you pays via paypal theres no guarantee that you will get the money back if he empties his account or cant prove nothing

if you pay by credit card you always get your money back, but he wont empty his account, he is running an ebay business, he has a shop and i know his address

im still mulling over my options at the moment, he's not gonna get away with it though.

the difference in what he paid me for the original item and what the one i send is actually worth is probably £200 on a great day to the right collector, if i was closer he would be getting a slap, ive got to get him back though, its eating away at me :evil:
