They don't even pass the float test so in my mind the seller is to blame. If they were great repro's that had been hard to spot then maybe he didn't know, but sinking is a fairly big hint that somethings up. He should have checked at least that.

start up a thread and post pictures, i dont have time for wasters and neither should you, did you pay via gift? if not open up a case for reproduction products and get your money back lol

He has to refund you, no question. The fact he didn't know doesn't mean it's not his problem, it's not fair for you to absorb the cost of his mistake.
