That's quite a big list. Note to self: do not get involved in SKU collecting.

So there were 5 variations on the 77 back Kenner card? I thought Palitoy was complicated :shock:

A there a site for Kenner cardbacks as comprehensive as Jason's site for Palitoys?

Hmm, this is interesting. I have a 77 Back Vader (Made in Hong Kong) with the 71600 sticker.

That is strange as you would have thought it would be one separate SKU numbered sticker per character as opposed to a batch of characters?

Maybe end of the line they grouped them together for stock take and simplicity of discount bins? Okay we have 400 at 99p etc?

Noticed this today. Kind of ties the SKU side of things to the case assortment side of things.

In reality it was probably used to help packers get the right mixes in the cases wasn't it?. As it looks like it was only used on a fairly limited number of cardbacks perhaps Kenner gave up on the idea. It could easily have lead to bottlenecks on the production line, too few SKU x/assortment y figures, too many SKU y/assortment x figures etc.
