Before christmas, they held up 2 grand of mine as i sold on the US ebay site and even once I sent item with tracking and the guy got and left feedback, they still made me wait till i could access my money......now the assholes have held my account.

they have made so much out of me in all these years and never a dispute, yet some twonk in turkey who i only posted out an item ten days ago, has filed a dispute saying he hasnt recieved it yet... i mean WTF , not even 2 weeks the impatient ****, and as such they are now holding my account untill its been resolved, and its all about the buyer protection, none for the fkn seller who pays their wages...them and ebay r greedy ****s.......i bet even if i had tracking proof item was delivered i would still lose the case lol

glad its not much though Disputed Amount: -37.00 GBP- The disputed amount has been temporarily
deducted from your account until the dispute is resolved. as i have no money in there though its in the red so have to settle it first.

OR..............If you lose, just leave the account in the red and open a new one. Pretty sure I remember someone saying you could open a new one with the same credit card/bank account as you used before.

yeah it totally sucks, the thing i learnt is ALWAYS use tracking

As soon as a **** see's its just regular post they think "ill have that for free" they open a case and get their money back.

usually i use tracking but postage was stated as regular and when i asked how much tracking was it was 11 quid so decided not to bite into my profit which is now a loss lol, i did send a photo of the post office receipt though that said turkey on it but it dont mind giving the money back but its the way paypal act like they own you

I had some **** do that to me with a superdry leather jacket I sold on ebay, the prick asked me if I could send it regular mail because he couldnt get to the depot to collect signed for things....suffice to say the item "never arrived" and I lost a £110 coat and my ****ing sale profits...

Is this a common thing guys because I have never had trouble before?

Everything over £30 i send by recorded/tracked delivery. This isn't even for the insurance which often doesn't cover some of the bigger priced items (think you have to send it "insured" for that) but it's more to protect me from being scammed. Once someone knows the item is tracked they know they can't pretend it didn't arrived.

Oh, and italy, i always send recorded to Italy. Again, this stops the thieving postman pocketing it as i can only assume that's what is stopping 60-70% of things i send there arriving.

Paypal are just assholes plain and simple. They medle in **** they have no idea about, they offer sellers no protection and only just for the buyers. I ****ing hate the bastards and can`t wait till someone knocks them off their ****ing golden perch.

The funniest thing about this is the fact that Turkey has a 97 percent population of muslims and when I was to send the parcel off the postman told me to pay extra for insurance as they are thieves and he was adamant but I wasnt going to pay an extra fiver (my fault) but he was right because the parcel either got stolen or the guy who said he never got it was lying......makes you wonder doesnt it...

You posted overseas (to a random) without insurance and or tracking? :?

first time I did it and the last time. It was only 30 odd quid, if had been more but then saying that the amount of times I have purchased items overseas worth 100s and only asked for 30 dollar gifts with no probs.

In all honesty though apart from insurance I really dont think anyone should have to pay extra just to make sure the parcel gets to its destination and not lost or stolen when it should get there with the service you pay for.

I agree with that totally, but in this day and age there are too many c*nts about who'll **** you over given even a sniff of a chance.
