In short. No. No where near as good as 'Dark Crusade' though two extra races are a good addition.

You don't need Dark Crusade to play it.

You date women on gta4 you take them out on the piss to bars play bowling go to live shoes etc some are loose some are tight so you got to impress them to get a night cap! Also you can have more than one on the go
