I have to do the same exercises every day as I have no cartilage left in my right kneespoons said::lol:
I cycle 12 miles a day without pain so its not too bad, just hurts when I kneel. The doc has told me to 'flex' my thighs 100 times a day and the knee caps will eventually get covered in muscle and come away from the legs :?

Sounds bizarre, but then last time I went to see him with a sore Achilles he told me to walk on tiptoes for a couple of weeks

Defiantly - my specialist said that by increasing the muscle mass & strength of the surrounding muscles, the actual joint has less strain/impact.spoons said:iDrew said:I have to do the same exercises every day as I have no cartilage left in my right knee
Sorry to hear that, sounds like I'm not too bad then - do the exercises actually help?
