Was there anyone in the power droid units & if so who?

One of those out of the blue type stupid posts I know, but seen as the little blue box is my focus figure would be nice to know if anyone was inside it in the films, talk about unsung hero init :lol: - any ideas? as I can't find anything on it on line so far.

He did a talk at Elstree Empire with Kenny Baker. They were great and did the thing like a comedy duo. Interesting and funny 8)

This is obviously where Kenner got the design for the vintage Power Droid figure from this scene and not the scene in the Sandcrawler, although the cardback depicts that particular Power Droid for some strange reason.

Like Frank I initially forgot about the scene in ROTJ with PD being tortured by 8D8 (Joes best mate) with hot irons on his feet
