There are so many things wrong with it i don't know where to begin.
I don't know if the guy's bidding on that thing are serieus or just ****ing with the seller.
If you cannot tell that thing is fake, you should not be looking for carded figures (especially not rare ones like that). Good tip is, search for a detailed picture on google from a similar AFA graded moc and compare details.
Lettertypes, Colours, Luke/Leia Logo, Kenner Logo, bubble and Footer, bubble seal, figure itself, etc....
Also here you can clearly see its a fake cape on the figure aswell.
Also Finding Vintage Star Wars advertised as "Vintage" on sites like marktplaats, means these people at least have a bit off knowledge. Other people would advertise it as "oude star wars" of "star wars jaren 80".
Don't get fooled by these cheap custom item scams.
