Vectis 25-6-2015

I think the woolies pack did £200 Frank but don't hold me to that, there was a hell of a lot of stuff go through.
I believe the next Frank Beeches sale is the end of August and I was informed there is more star war's stuff to come.

OH FFS I totally forgot it was today, anyone know what the tri logo rebo bands went for & the woolies 8 pack?, probably a good thing as I should not be spending.

Hey Frank,
Rebo bands: £280, £320, £220 and the best one with the shipping case went for £400.
Woolies 8 pack: £190

I'm not even going to bother looking at Vectis any more, it's a complete joke. £150 + commission for a trilogo Squid Head? These prices can **** right off.

12bk Luke hasn't been that money for a good while has it? Expensive bubble bath though - I'd want Jessica Alba to run it for that ;)

Heck I'd want her jump in too for that!

Nothing really I was interested in in this particular auction. I do wonder how having more of one item in an auction and across several auctions (such as all the 12's/20/30's) will affect price.

I know some of you follow prices quite closer. Any sort of pattern or are they all still quite random?

Logic would suggest that the item should get cheaper the more there are, but I'm not sure this is the case.

I got the DF 12" Luke and Leia in the last one. The luke was 3 times as much this week's auction!

That bubble bath now sounds great purchase now !!
Wishfully thinking the luke for 1800 you never know , but I wished Ide put that early bid on the Han Solo ,Ide have that for £1400 + also I've not seen kenner 12 backs at vectis strangely

Well hats off to Vectis this time, they did list multiples of some items rather than drip-feeding them (eg trilogo Yoda, TFP and Boushh.) But the prices were all over the place, there was nearly £200 difference for identical items.

I still don't trust there system ,in my opinion it seems to run right up to the highest bid left online ,ie if you bid 2500 your not gonna get it for 2200 ! Your gonna pay your top offer ,I personely believe the computer automatically does this ,it's just my opinion ,I could be out of line but that's how it seems to me ,auction houses across the world have been caught doing this ,I'm not saying vectis have done anything wrong but it's food for thought !!

Im trying to work out why the first tri tfp went for £260 and the second went for £460. I am looking at bubbles and hanger tabs and all I can see is the ding in the bubble. Is that £200 worth of difference or am I missing something?
