well even if it is real the fist pics posted look like he has cut the armholes with scissors, and the fact he says SOLD AS IS NO RETURNS doesnt look good.
He would be better off getting it graded in my eyes, there is ways to get ben capes armholes smaller, and it doesnt take much to cut it in a straight line.
I would 110% get that graded if it was mine and i was convinced.
