Hi everyone it's with a heavy heart that I'm considering putting this up for sale from my collection to raise some funds. Box is in excellent condition nice bright colours and sharp corners never been opened, looks great on display. Judging on some of my other pieces graded this would be a nailed on 80 probably 85 but that's just my opinion. Any advice guys would be welcomed and can send more pics if required. Many thanks Ian

Nice item man. Hard to find In this condition, a normal boxed one that has been opened goes for around £100 but I'm not sure like this. :?

Firstly sorry to hear you have to sell such a cool piece........

I have seen a couple of these sell in opened boxes that are not half as good condition as this on evil bay for close to £250
It is a Pitty I was in the market for one of these just a while ago and for your model I would gladly have paid you £250 for this example.

Good luck with your sale, if you are selling any other Star Wars boxed pieces let me now as I would be interested as I am looking for an X wing and a collectors edition landspeeder........

Looks good from the photo you've supplied. If you want to make maximum bucks from this I'd go the graded route (depends on who grades whether it's a fat sweaty no-mark or someone who knows something).

Condition is lovely, always a thing of beauty to c vintage in this condition :D
Not to sound negative nor meaning to b patronising as the flash ad on the box is clear but no one has mentioned that this is a 1983 collectors series reissue and not the 1977/78 original :!:

Factory sealed in this condition I'd still agree with a £250 value as sealed stuff is going crazy right now 8)

Guys thanks very much for the comments and info much appreciated will decide whether to sell in the next week or so. Cheers Ian
