had to repair the liuke card as there was a rip on the right hand side of the bubble, apart from that- iam very happy bunny.....

What make of glue do you use and can this be seen around the edges? I'm thinking of carding a few customs!

wait until cardbacks with original bubbles come up for auction on ebay ( and win) , oviously get the more common ones as they are as cheap as chips (i know this is ovious but..) so for instance i just repaired a luke rotj card (using good photo ink and sticky label paper) i took a imperial commander cardback which still ahd original bubble attached , i removed the bubble and took a sponge scouring pad with water soacked the bubble over night then scrubbed the excess paper from the edges........
get either double sided sticky tape or the new super glue which comes in a small pot with a brush attached to the lid... now the super glue you need to be quick and dont touch the inside of the bubble with it as the bubble reacts and turns white !! :x so be carefull , i went to a hardware shop and got this tape which is exellent , its about a inch and a half wide and its like a extreamly thin rubber which sits really well between card and bubble ...........i prefer the tape to be honest....
top tip !!
and for a authentic look use slightly yellowed bubbles :roll: :wink: then they look real !!! hope this helps
i think this bubble was a imp commmander or klatuu i cant remember ?sorry about the blurry photo, i was out last night and ive got the shakes !!
