Very reliable seller, although his replies are quite short. But perfect packaging and cards are as described. Too bad he hasn´t a German Imperial Commander MOC left.

Makes me feel better too as I thought he wasn't too keen on me either lol! Have 2 say Toni's inventory is some of the finest condition around, when I recevied my first piece from him(many moons ago) I got a shock when I pulled out this Tri-logo R2 pop up that looked like it had just came from the factory!! It was because of Toni's layed back couldn't give a toss manner that I wasn't expecting much just an average condition example. Virtually all the items I have had off him have been true factory/shop stock! I have 2 say he is v reasonable with his prices and like my friend said I get upset when I c what I missed on his website. I'd like 2 know who had that near perfect Tri carded Amanaman, best I've ever seen! Or who had that C-9+ Palitoy 12 back Luke which Toni reckons he sold 4 £950!!! Yeh Lee gutted bout that perfect 30 back Yoda 2 mate!!! :(

If you really want to torture yourself take a look at his site as it was in 2003 through archive.org:

http://replay.web.archive.org/20030212225922/http://homepage.ntlworld.com/antoni.emchowicz/SWINTERPAGE.htm

Check out the stock  I'm pleased to see though that a lot of the prices are still similar.

Hi all,

A lot of the older collectors will know me, I used to be a big Palitoy collector and wish I still was but for lack of funds at the time. I'm thinking of collecting again but not quite to the same level I was. Just thought I would defend my old friend Toni. Quite simply Toni sells the best conditioned vintage Star Wars you can get anywhere in the world. Most of his stock Is literally case fresh. To his credit Toni had the foresight to buy off a contact huge quantities of Star Wars stock we mortals could only dream of. This was at a time when star wars collecting was in it's infancy. His stock levels are running down I remember over 10 years ago he had dozens of 41 back Han hoth Palitoys and 45a star destroyer commanders for sale. One wonders why they don't come up for sale very often. I remember Toni telling me how he found in his stock a number of trilogo jawas and letting them go far too cheaply.
I got some fantastic stuff off him over the years including the 30 back yoda he still has pictured, this was without doubt the finest carded figure I ever had. It was perfect and my biggest regret. It must be worth at least £1500 now. I sold it on to Ardy but who knows who ended up with it. Toni gave me first refusal on one of the finest palitoy collections ever landed. I had a few 30 backs, about 12 41 backs and some 45as. All were perfect. I even passed on a 41 back fett because I just couldn't afford everything. Another big regret. I still have photos of all my figures. Gary Smith ended up with most of them. He can testify how amazing they were and are.
I have landed some amazing palitoys over the years because it's important to get on with dealers.
Toni will only give small discounts because he has a comfortable life and he's not desperate to sell his figures they kind of sell themselves. I think he is relatively cheap for the quality of item you get and he's been around long enough to have dealt with some very odd and bad collectors enough to make
him not suffer fools gladly. You won't be disappointed.
Anyway I've rambled on enough. I must post some of my old pics when I get a chance........ :D

Hey Andy welcome(back) to the forum.

btw; i don't believe anyone bought into question the quality of Toni's stock. Just the bad attitude. Apart form the overwhelming response regarding his attitude on this site i know of several other collectors who have had similar experiences. Fairly indefensible i think. Not your fault tho. :D

Hey guys, I have been reading this thread for a while now and havent had much to contribute as up until now I have had no dealings with Toni and had no reason to comment.

However, recently I met Toni in person and spoke a little about things and he seemed like a genuinely nice guy. There is no doubt that the vast majority of his items are of the highest quality around. This is obviously owing to the facts that Andy stated in his post earlier in this thread. As for the attitude, I can only assume that this is rather unintentional. Toni does not collect himself and by his own admission is somewhat "lazy" and I suppose this may account for some of the blunt replies etc.

He must be doing some thing right though as he does get repeat custom and people do speak highly of him.

Just my two cents for what its worth.

Hello I would like to respond to some comment made in this thread some of which seem rather unfair and some are definitely innacurrate.

!.I try to answere all emails regarding the website but for all sorts of technical reasons some emails do not arrive and so do not receive a response and also some people may have not have received emails that I have sent to them. For the members who have posted about not receiving responses please contact me with details .
2.Ive been doing this long enough to have a good grasp of the market and I price my items to sell. Contrary to some posts I do give discounts for larger orders depending on the items . Different dealers have different styles -I price my items reasonably and so I dont drop the prices for smaller orders- if some people find that annoying then so be it .Haggling is not my style so I dont. Overpricing figures and then come down by 20 % as a matter of course is great for a Turkish carpet business but not for mine :)

Thankfully most of my customers send me emails more along the lines of the one below sent from an Ebay member yesterday
"Dear marsking,
Hi, Toni. Is that your name, isn't it? I've heard from you and from your website at Spanishstarwarsstuff forum, and I read some words from JOTA (one of the greater SWvintage collectors here in Spain) talking about your great items and your honesty. I was wondering if you have another SWMOC figures I'm looking for... They would be Ree-yees or an Ackbar. Let me know if you have something for me... Many thanks. Don't send me the invoice, please, I'm thinking about purchasing the C3PO also... Have a good weekend.

Hi TOYTONI, Welcome to the forum bud
I sent you an email to [email protected] on the 4th of this month regarding the tri logo speeder sealed bike on your website. I've not had a reply as of yet. Just wondered if you got the email?
