I sometimes look at my collection and think yeah it's not bad.
Having seen some of the stuff on there I've changed my mind my collection is ****.
I mean all 16 Treble packs of figures I never even knew there was 16.
Reckon Steve Hoffman is one rich bastard if he sold all them!!

I used to love toyshp back in the early 90's. Hours of reading, great deals and funny auctions. I miss the old toyshop. Ebay killed it...the bastards!!!

Ron/Si, how come you two have your names in green, yet Bollux still has his blue?

PS, can you change Jabba's to that nice butch shade of PINK that his sabre is!?

Edit, scratch that first bit, I just noticed Bollux has gone green as well.

The second bit still stands though!

I was arsing around with the settings and it just happened but looks quite good 8) I think Edd would have to change Jabba's colours to pink, but Jabba could write his posts in that shade

That guy is a ripoff artist.

Hey TFB. Why would you accuse me of being a "rip off" artist? Have I ever ripped you off? How about anyone you've ever known? While I'm usually a lurker on this board, I'm an active user on Rebelscum (Kevin_Mason), and FFURG (thehigherstandard). I'm pretty confident that you won't find anyone who will even claim that I have.

I'm an avid bootleg collector and have bought and sold some of the rarest pieces on the market. Feel free to ask around. However, my real love is vintage, non-USA production pieces. I've been intensely researching this type of stuff for over two years. I spend several hours of my day keeping track of sales (and pictures) of pieces I feel others will appreciate seeing. No one pays me to do so and, even though I've had my blog for months and get almost 100 unique hits a day, not even one person has posted a comment - good, bad or indifferent. What I have had is many, many sellers and buyers of rare Star Wars toys send me high resolution pictures to include in future media endeavors. Comments like yours makes me think I'm wasting my time. Maybe I am (but it is still fun) ...

However, on the topic of ripping people off, I can't help but notice that "your" custom Knickerbocker cardback looks awfully familiar. Here's the one I'm talking about:

Bryant's post of "his" custom, CONTAINING HIS CUSTOM, was posted July 30, 2005.

Good thing Bryant isn't the type of guy to think others are "rip off artists."

I've seen other stuff you've posted that wasn't quite "original", if you catch my drift.

Thought that would bring you out of the woodwork. Nice to see you kevin. Yes I do like bryants work, as well as yours. I do not sell my custom/repro work to anyone. It is for my own collection. I share any custom cardbacks I have made or that others have made to any and all (including scans). I have never profited from my or any others work. You should have spoke up sooner If all this bothered you. Nice to see you posting.

Oh and I take ownership of any work I do, even If I didnt build the cardback. There is alot more to custom work than just making a cardback. The right printer, paper, blister and finese are required. As for origional work any and all of the cardbacks from FFURG can be found on a CD on ebay and a few of the guys around here use it. I do not feel like getting in a pissing match Kevin, so If it's any comfort to you I sincerely apologize for that statement (and I do not apologize that often).
