That's interestting. Yeah, it was clear everyone was avoiding using his name for legal reasons. You can get in a lot of trouble causing someone of a crime on national television if you're not prepared or able to back it up legally.
People they "name and shame" on these programs often already have convictions against them or, at least, arrests based on their wrong doings. In legal terms all ToyToni has against him is here-say.

What it has done is made people more aware that there are fakes on the market and they need to be more careful. My mum phoned me earlier to tell me all about these fake Star Wars toys she'd seen on telly this morning and i ought to be checking my collection. :lol:
