Toltoys vinyl cape jawa

My friend got this Toltoys jawa a few days ago and was sold to him as original.
I personally don't think it is so would really appreciate your thoughts on it and how much you think it's worth.

Fake.....

A toltoy cape should be same colour as kenobi cape.

also toltoy jawas have grey spots on the legs

They say Australia is a sunburnt country but that didn't apply to VC Jawas. Definitely fake
