Hi, just looking for some advice, a few years ago I sold my uncles collection at auction after he died (kept a few pieces out of sentimental value) the valuer came out and said none of them where worth anything because all the valuable figures are from America and the full lot sold for about £800/900 if memory serves. But I keep seeing articles of figures in the uk being worth much more, I know the pictures aren't the best quality but have I been shafted for lack of a better word? They removed all the postings from the auction straight after it and I'm starting to think I've been taken for a ride to be honest, could be they aren't very valuable but remember him saying some wer old Kenner/palitoy ones, and some Spanish figures too, this isn't all of the figures but the majority, thanks in advance if anyone can help!

The vast majority of what is pictured is still only worth £2-5 per figure. There will likely be a few higher value figures, but nothing life changing, and compared to the hassle of splitting it all out you probably got a fair price.

If anything you shafted the buyer. 😂
Hahaha good news then 😂 as I said just because there was some older ones mixed in with it, I knew most of the ones that are easy to see are newer figures, just on the off chance there was anything someone spotted that could have been worth something haha! Seen a couple of articles about Spanish figures going for decent amounts and there was some of them aswell but stupidly never took a pic of all of the stuff, wish i could have kept it all but there was so much of it (most of it shite clearly) I just decided to sell it as a whole 🙈

Perfect, thank you all very much for taking the time to reply! Just panicking incase I had made a big mistake, appreciate it!!
Everything is worth what someone is willing to pay, when my daughter was young I had no option but to cash in on my childhood collection, I eventually got about £400 on something I had estimated to be about £1000, but it was an auction and that was the price. Nothing much else to add.

Take care mate 👍

A couple of years ago my son was selling new carded figure like these for up to £20 each, but most were around £5. Now though it's £2 to £5 for them. I think you did OK, as a guy near me got £350 for all the figures on cards plus some boxed and unboxed 90s vehicles. You did much better than he did. I think you actually got a really good price
