..........I'll be reunited with my childhood collection.

I can hardly wait to see it all again.

I can't even quite remember exactly what I've got.

I'm most looking forward to setting up a mini Hoth battle. I hope my 'Imperial Attack base' set still exists!

I'm also looking forward to seeing the card backs that i kept.

I'll soon be on here trying to replace any missing guns, figures etc. I have no idea how much i'll be able to justify (to myself) spending to complete my loose collection.

Nice, glad to see someone still has their childhood toys, the only thing that survived from my toys are two beat up turtles,
some loose galaxy warriors and a MOTU Stinkor without his head....

Congrats! I have NOTHING left from my childhood. Well, actually I have two "story of" picture discs from my childhood and that's only because after I ditched the toy thing, I went on to collect records! 8)

The only surving photo of my original collection...

I hope it finishes with a complete loose collection as well!

I cant see me getting into collecting figures on cards or toys in boxes. I didn't pay that much attention to the boxes as a kid. But we shall see what happens

Starts with a loose collection...........

Good Luck mate.

I managed to hold onto most of my collection, although i lost a few things in the garden.

My brother still reminds me that i lost the Rocket off his 12" Boba Fett in our garden.

Ive managed to keep hold of a few records as well. Hording/Not being able to throw things away is usually a problem, but its paid off for my Star Wars collection

Just Reunited with my childhood collection. Photos will be uploaded to latest aquisitions shortly.

Good news: I still have chewy, my first ever figure. Lots of figures, original weapons & toys. I've even got 5 star wars card backs. 2 are 12 backs, 3 are 20 backs. Also have quite a few empire card backs & shed loads of return of the Jedi backs. No figures on any of them as they are from my childhood. I just wish I kept the ones where I had cut the name plate out. I've still got my favourite childhood play set: I called it hoth, but it's really an imperial attack station or whatever they are called. Really glad I put the figures in sealed bags when I stopped playing with them.

Bad news: battle damaging r2d2, power droid & various other figures seemed like a good idea at the time, it doesn't seem such a good idea now! I can't find my x wing (home battle damaged). I have a 1977 correctly stamped jawa, I have the orig weapon, I have the star wars orig kenner 20 card back, but alas I can't find his vinyl cape. I definetly had one as a child. Loads of the toys are in worse condition than I remember, I wish I had put them in sealed bags inside the box. Quite a few figs are missing weapons.

All in all I'm we'll chuffed, I need to go through all the figures and see what I need and see if anyone wants to do swap some of my spares.

Just saw this on the LA , then the vintage pic,, that is a really cool feeling digin them all out,, and what a collection.
