I'd love to see a UCS of this!

I see this is available again. Has anyone built this? I've always quite fancied it....

Exclusive SDCC set. Looks nice but I bet it costs a bomb!?

That's a great looking set, I hope that it gets a general release and that it's not too expensive.
The building instructions are available on line if anyone wants to get the bricks independently.

Looks like it might be a Canada exclusive 🤬

I've bricklinked the parts as LEGO put the manual online. Will post a pic once it's done.

What did the bricks cost you?
As it it is a Canadian exclusive I may go the same route.
Cheers.

Picked these up.
Love the galaxies edge transporter...

About £45.......mostly from LEGO and Bricklink. I just followed the official LEGO instructions for the brick quantities.

Only exclusive thing is the 49th anniversary sticker....easily printed

Many thanks robpmarsh very much appreciated.
If it does turn out to be a exclusive I will go this route.

I hope to grab a Bespin set at some point and if that is the price I figure 75 on evilbay is going to be about right. Any more and bricklink is the way.

I've actually bricklinked or brick owled (I do prefer brick owl) four exclusives so far where the evilbay cost is stupid.

The SDCC Indian jones set from back in the day. If I recall the bricks and figures were about 40ish but getting the right stickers was a bit much though....

The Dino stand which cost about 10 for the parts and way too much for the Dino

The solo falcon which was about 30ish including figures

The detention block which was about 50ish all in.

Unless you want the instructions and a box to gather dust, doing it that way is often the best approach.

Thanks, lets hope that it gets a UK release too as I think that the box artwork is great.
