Purchased from Mr Marsh, built and dismantled, 100% complete.
The box of course is open and creased, but holds its shape.
There are NO INSTRUCTIONS, but these can be down loaded from the Lego website, which to be honest I find easier to use anyway!

May the forth Lego shopping done - Tantive 4 is awesome...

Anyway before building anything big I wanted to find a way to combine Malibu mansion and Hall of armour sets, but keeping the original scale of the mansion set (of it gets out of control size and cost wise....)

I would be intrested in your thoughts on Tantive 4, I’m divided on this set.

It might be a while before I build it due to storage space but had a good look at it in the store and for me it is a great looking set.

It has some nice play features (escape pods and flight deck and central area). The scale is big so the shop is substantive . The rear profile is great and the engine section is lovely, there is a lot of detail everywhere.

The figures are lovely - as normal.

I've just received my Tantive IV.....going to build over the weekend. Apparently it's a bit longer than the 10198 version I already have.

Build took around 3.5 hours....no awkward moments

Top ship is the new 75244, middle is the 10198, bottom is the Mini build from LEGO store

could you do me a favour and measure the new Tantive from nose to tail and let me know how big it is. Need to see if it will fit in my cabinet!
