Has anyone got/ordered the new D&K "Ultimate Lego Star Wars" book yet?

Ha. Yeah, took advantage of the double VIP offer last week and bought the Nijago City, some Duplo for the little one and winter village station. Had to fess up to the wife though

Great VIP freebie with them though.

Its the same as the book above by the looks of it but does not have the card outer sleeve or the figure cards, but hey it's only a tenner, bargin.

Did anyone get any "bargains" on Black Friday?
I managed to order the UCS snow speeder and a BB8 at 25% off.
Was very tempted by the Death Star was also 25% off, but too close to Christmas...will probably regreat the decision!

It's going to be a great Christmas/ New Year, as I have a Falcon, Slave1 and now the Snow speeder to build.
Think that if I get one built I will be happy.
Oh it's a normal Falcon (75105) not a UCS one.
Do you guys keep them in cases once built, if so where do you buy yours?

TT Games Minigure Acrylic Trophy Bricks
Lots 433,434 and 435 are Star Wars related but there's a few different ones.
Seem to be pricey but I've no interest in these so haven't a clue.

What's so special about them?

I have seen one or two in auction listings, but don't own one, wish I did.
I think that they would look good if a few where joined together, but imagine the cost, as mentioned I believe that they go for a fair bit more than the estimates.
May have a go one day, but totally wrong time of year for me.
Good luck if anyone bags one, don't forget to rub it in, sorry I mean post it :wink:

Just completed BB8, quite a repetitive build, but the result is quite pleasing.

Ordered my BB8 on double points day yesterday, looking forward to it.
Been building custom characters for my winter village. Some great custom prints. A few more on the way...

Winter village looks great, the jumpers are brilliant!
Hope that you enjoy the BB8, the internals are quite complex, some lf the instructions are a bit vague, so you have to keep your wits about you, (not had this before on other Lego builds).
The finished droid is very accurate and a good display piece.

Got the first part of the winter village up last night. A few extra figures to design and two small builds to finish, then onto the lighting. I want to see if I can add some micro lights to it this year, but with no sub structure to hide the cables and power units might look a bit rubbish, not sure yet.

I would be intrested in the A wing and the Cantina.
Can you supply the Lego product numbers so I know whivh ones these are.
As I'm intrested I feel that it's not right to give a value.
How about having a look on eBay or FB?
