My heart goes out for this. Has happened to me a few times now, mostly bad packaging by sellers.

Sorry to see that happen. 
I have luckily never had it happen to me, but can imagine the heartbreak of waiting for a MOC in the mail only to receive it like this.

Seeing things like this makes me sad Such a lovely MOC too.
I think 75% of the issues with damage in the post with MOC's is down to the sellers not being bothered to secure them properly. I mean, how hard is it to wrap a strip of bubble wrap/cling-film around the bubble when it's not graded? Also, people need to stop sending them in shoe boxes!... :evil:

This is sad to see, my logray MOC has done the same thing.
