The item you've had the longest in your collection ?

gammoguard Woolies was always our go to shop when we were kids. Saturday morning with Mama was a tradition, pick a figure from woolies then off to Wimpy for a burger and chips and share a knickerbocker glory 🤩🤩

Happy days indeed 😁

Sadly, I kept none of my childhood figures and toys :-( ... but I did keep all my books and posters, plus a ruler and pencil (see https://starwarsforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=29936), so it's not all bad news :D. On that basis therefore, this is the single oldest piece in my collection from 1978, when I was bought it:

And although not the oldest thing in my collection, this deserves an honourable mention as it's nearly as old and was probably my most read childhood book!

Items I've had longest in my collection:
1. Childhood X-Wing, Snowspeeder, Scout Walker, Taun Taun and Wampa, 81'- 83'.
2. Childhood Speeder bike, 83'.
3. Childhood Squidhead - only childhood figure left, 83'.
4. Tub of beaters - first thing I bought as an adult collector, 07'. My original loose collection, now my kids play with them.
5. Chewie - first MOC I bought as an adult collector, 10'.
