I'm just shocked at the customer service. I'm hoping it will go to court.
I've got ofcom involved. There is no way I'm paying for a service they aren't giving and I have no confidence in there abilities to resolve issues.
I was with Talk Talk for ages and it was fine till things went wrong.
I feel that they will do anything to avoid costs of fixing an issue and doceverything for the customer to pay costs.
They wouldn't believe that I had tried the line with 3 different phones, never call back, engineer fails to turn up, and when I call to resecudule, they say they had to start the tests again.
The time I spent on the phone was like talking to a stubborn child.
Never get angry- but these twats turned us psycho.
I understand that things go wrong and you can get bad service, but trust me- I wouldn't bother letting you guys know unless I really felt that you should avoid these ****ers.
