star wars price guide book

Hi Guys, new to site, and collecting. (Opened up a hole can of worms there) lol. I would like to know if and where to get a new star wars action figure price guide.
the one i have is 2005 so was wondering they must of made a more up to date one..Any ideas..Cheers Tony

To be really honest, there isn't one! The one from 2005 was well over the top IMO. Best kind of price guide is to ask people on here, look on other forums or search completed listings on ebay.

One thing to be wary of though is that if you do see something on ebay, don't post an active link on here as it may a)scupper your chances of getting it or b)scupper the chances of a fellow forum member from getting it

As Nick the best price is the forums, ebay completed listings and John Kellemans a guide for Vintage Collectors. Although most of the info in that is now avaliable online

Welcome aboard mate, as the lads have said, this forum and others are a great way to get an idea of the current market price for most vintage figures.

Since I have joined up here I have been amazed by the depth of knowledge some of the users have, plus, there isn't much that someone on here wont know about almost any SW topic :wink:
