Star Wars miniatures, are they worth anything?

I have a lot of these, and was thinking of selling. Just wondering what I should ask, if there are any collectors out there could you offer some advice as to their worth?

All come with stat cards, I have the huge AT-AT, loads of rares like Darth Revan, Malak, SIon and Nihlus, boba fett, all the main characters etc. All from loads of different series.

Is there much of a demand for them now, as I think wizards of the coast discontinued them a couple of years back.

Any help or advice would be appreciated!
