i am building a new collection after i sold off the original lot when i got married and needed cash ! i will add fotos here from time to time to let you guys see how its progressing . got my first few figs in and WHAT you think folks ??

Just going for the cheap easy ones first :lol: It took me a year before I started on the last 17. Look forward to seeing your collection rebuild. I'm sure it will be better and more fun the second time around.

Nice start slim - is the Stormtrooper helmet soft to the touch or a harder plastic?

Looks a little "newer" than mine just making sure you haven't picked up a repro, if so they are normally a bit softer (sometimes almost rubbery) .

Although the repro pictured looks a bit rough and easy to spot, I have seen better so just be careful as there are a lot of sellers selling repro weapons etc without letting you know

Good luck and if your intention is to get the expensive ones out of the way first that's not a bad way to go ! (at least its downhill from there price wise!)

Great Start Slim some very very nice figures!

I like Joe did think the Luke Helmet looked suspect can you take a picture of the back of the
helmet?

Nice figures, I shamefully still haven't got a pop up R2

Second picture of the helmet looks pretty good, when the sun shines through the plastic it does cast that yellowish colour in the reflection, must be those nasty UV rays starting to penetrate the plastic :lol:

that luke storm is a cracker with no wear tight limbs ! Thanks for being suspicious about the helmet as i dont want any fakes in my collection at all not even a repro weapon i have 30 odd more figs to sort through all in the same condition :mrgreen:
