Hi all,
From what I understand the SKU footers were the first footers used for Star Wars 12 backs and I've noticed on this persons focus that they all have rounded front corners - http://forum.rebelscum.com/t1071887/

I also noticed that the Chewbacca A back which doesn't have a SKU footer also has round corners (you can click on the carded example on the link and it takes you to more pictures of this figure).

I was wondering if anyone out there has, or has ever seen a Palitoy 12 back with a rounded corner footer?

Sorry if the link doesn't as you may need to be signed in.

I'm bumping this although it's looking unlikely that these rounded corner footers have ever been seen on Palitoy 12 backs.

ive never seen one on a palitoy moc before but kenner sku footers didnt all come with the rounded corners either, the 12a r2 with sku footer that mark has posted up has square corners.

That's true enough about the R2 footer although I've always thought of that one character differently for some reason, maybe because he's so short and that bubble is the widest one.

I know that some of the 20 back Palitoy ones have rounded footers (pretty sure I remember seeing some) and I've seen it on the ESB ones for sure. I've often wondered what the reason for changing this design was, maybe someone knows something about that who's out there?

Well after having this subject up for a while I finally have the answer!

This picture was supplied by Jordan (of Toy Hunter fame), so a big thanks to him for putting this one to rest for me.

It looks like there are still things about these Palitoy figures that still turn up even after all these years, (I'm sure most of you aren't quite so interested as me in footers but it answers a few questions I've had for a while now and thought I'd share it).

The new update on your site looks great Jason, we'll have to see what other things the future brings for all that Palitoy goodness!

( a graded VC Jawa would be the icing on the cake!!)
