setting the record

It's a tough one isn't it, we all want to buy cheap and sell expensive, everybody eho buys/sells is guilty of that to a certain extent. There is definitely grey areas here - for example, I usually put in my auctions "look at photos and judge for yourself" because a) everybody's opinion on condition is different and b) sure I want to maximisemy profits so am not going to limelight faults.

So although what you did isn't wrong, it's definitely at the shadier end of the scale :lol: but to be fair even if your listing has the word "reseal" right at the end in a microscopic font, you have still stated it, so "buyer beware."

Let's not forget this is all about a load of toys - don't jump off a cliff or anything ;)

There certain people on RS who just prowl the 'watch out' section causing trouble. They never post anything positive anywhere else :roll:

I think with listings like Han's you have to just do enough so you can't be accused of being shady. Its a fine line to walk and some of Han's listings are on the right side and some are a bit too vague. As long as people know the basics i.e. reseal or not then theres nothing wrong with letting them ask the questions and view the photos.

i agree with you to a certain extent....however.....let me ask you this ...

in my droid collection auction it clearly states that the cardbacks have been repaired and that they are reseals....ive just had someone offer me to end the auction and they would pay me £100 for each figure.......what would you do ??? :roll:

ive not answered there email yet.......

Could be one of those RS bastards playin a game....I have seen them do this type of thing before.
