I got my Toni Hoth trooper around 6 ish months ago direct from the iron man himself. I paid £45 for it so I suppose under the circumstances the market value has not been dragged down too much. Especially since this seller has been straight with the facts.

Well- I sent a polite email to actionforcetoys asking him if he was aware of the TT issue.

His Response:

Yes I have seen this post but to be honest the person who has made these claims I have heard quite a bit about and its not good. Have spoken to several people about it, at this stage it cannot be proved and is a matter of opinion. I am listing a lot of other stuff later 12 and 20 backs etc, and full sets of other cards, so please do not make out I am trying to put these on for a quick sale to get rid of them in light of what has happened. And how do you even know I got them off Toni anyway?
Until anything is proved please keep your opinion to yourself thanks.

Ive also heard that Toni is taking legal action over this so be careful what you say you could find yourself in trouble. Until anything is proven in a court of law I would keep silent on this. If these accusations get proved to be untrue all the people involved in the thread making the accusations will be guilty of slander and liable.
