Used to be agood comic shop in Chadwell Heath. I know the area well as my Nan lived in Goodmayes.

Atomic Comics? I think it was, don't know if it still there though...
 
Yeah thats the onem there was also one in Leytonstone on the High road called The Comic Shack. It was run by a creepy guy and his Mum. They had loads of blankets laying around in the shop and it had a proper hum to the place. Looking round they had some serious pricey comics just in bags sitting around. Lots of very early Silver age Marvels. Me and bro were so creeped out by the place though we never went back to cash in.
 
Mods would it be worth making this a sticky at the top of the page. Seems a waste to have gone through the trouble of making this list and it go to waste in the darkest depths of forum history.

Needs a little update as well by the looks of it. :D

I prefer to be called Junior Chubb online anyway, there are far to many Chris' on this site and it gets confusing... :?

I wonder if it has anything to do with Christopher being the number one boys name in the seventies... :lol: You common bastards :lol: :lol: :lol:
