Luke DT Light Saber Real or Fake?

Hi all

Just need some assistance.

Purchased this Luke with a large collection of original figures and weapons. All the others weapons look good but before I decide what to do with this one I just wanted to check it was original.

First impression is it doesn't look good, but it's hard to tell from the pics. It looks too new and shiny and doesn't have the bend at the end of the inner filament that a lot of them do.k

Is there a letter on the tab (the bit that sticks out of the underside of the arm)? Or any EPM marks on the shaft?

I'm not convinced they came with that bend from the factory Andy - I've had a couple without it... 1 sealed in baggie and 1 from a Kenner source, never circulated.

You need to measure it and then speak nicely to someone who has one. This is often the first indicator. The length seems to be a known secret if that makes sense.

Sabres are horrible things to id.
