Yes, looks like a Toy Toni. I have one of these. Not my favourite card but bought it, and kept it because it is the mintiest example of an MOC i've ever seen. Quite something to behold.

Yeah what he said. He had a whole case of these in mint condition and was selling them through is site and you often see them on the boards or ebay and in this condition it's most likely they are originate with Toy Toni.
