ROTJ Stormtrooper sealed cut card weapon come unstuck from tape

Thinking of buying a sealed stormtrooper ROTJ figure from 1983. Bubble is factory sealed and there is tape inside bubble where the blaster was taped, but the blaster has come unstuck and is loose inside the bubble. Question is, does this affect the value at all? The figure has been graded by UKG paint 90 and figure 85. Because it's on a cut card the card, bubble etc has not been graded just the figure. Just wanted to know if the blaster having been taped to the inside of the bubble originally and now being loose makes a difference to value or wantability etc. Thank you

The tape failing shouldn't have much, if any affect on the value in my opinion.
Out of interest, I didn't think Jedi cards had the blaster taped inside the bubble?
But then I maybe mistaken!
