Returning an item

A quick Facebook search for Jemma Foxwell turned up a post by her boyfriend Marcus Russell (from Somerset) wishing her a happy birthday, and she commented about him giving her a Star Wars card so pretty sure that's him. He looks like the sort of pikey bellend that would happily con people!!

I also noticed the same seller had a Blue Snaggletooth on ebay in the past hour but when I clicked on the auction it also stated that auction had ended early!

wonder how genuine the DT lightsaber is on their latest auction :?

Definately something odd about this seller, she has had a few DT LFB , VCJ and blue snags, shes either been quietly collecting these together for years and has now decided to sell up, or ........ and A LOT of her auctions get pulled, bet this dosn't run for 6 days. I say avoid.

So predictably I got a message from the seller this morning saying he had received the figures but wasn't giving me a refund as I had switched the "genuine princess blaster" he sent with a repro. He also had the ****ing nerve to say he was opening a case against me.

So I immediately negged him and got on the phone to eBay to open a case. eBay were good and said they would intervene and refund me within 2 hours.

The seller then sent me a message to say that he doesn't care about the neg as its his girlfriends account and he has 4 others!

What a complete ****!!

It's wankers like this that make ebay a dangerous place to buy or sell. For every 10 good sellers there's a **** like this :x

Stick him/her on this list http://www.starwarsforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=12823&start=150
