Return of The Jedi Comic/Book Competition

Not sure if this is in the correct board so apologies in advance

I am pretty sure I have not dreamt this, but here goes .......

I remember as a kid, there was a competition in either a comic or an annual for ROTJ whereby you had to come up with a follow on story (maybe a storyboard too) as to what happened after ROTJ. Not sure what the prize was but defo remember this

Does anyone remember this competition and if so do you know what comic/book/annual it was in?

There was a couple of Palitoy run competitions regarding painting and drawing that were, most likely, advertised in the weekly too.

One of them, just pre-ROTJ, you were asked to do a 'what happens next' picture after a battle scene. I think the prize was the Jedi premier! I've got a flyer I can scan of there's interest.

That's the closest thing my addled memory can help with, sorry.

I remember that comp but the one I am thinking of was a different one, similar but different

I will do some research on Palitoy and see if I can get an answer

All I do know is it was a "What Happens Next" AFTER Return Of The Jedi as you had to come up with a story or storyboard as to what happens to The Emperor after he was lobbed down the shaft ... seem to recall my stock answer and crude drawings centred on him surviving

Can't remember what the prize was !!
