Must have edited his description, sure it didn't mention it before.
All his reseals are listed the same way. The ones I've looked at (including this one) mention it's a reseal right down at the bottom of the listing from when the auction was first listed. They are all listed in the "resealed figures" though I tend to overlook the section listing when I look at an auction on ebay. The fact it mentioned being MOC in the listing is also confusing. In conclusion, I think he has put enough on there to cover his back is someone buys and doesn't realise it's a reseal. Though I think he is hoping to get better prices through people being caught out.

thats all well and good , but the problem comes when anyone buys it asuming its a moc,,, then keeps it for a few years then sells it on as a moc, can you imagine the confusion !!! i'd be ****in pissed off and iam sure everyone else on here would feel the same..........
anyway its 100% ovious to me that its a legal scam, ----on the surface it looks to be good , then theres enough detail written (100% original bubble etc..) then loads of other boring stuff , which at that point most of us wouldnt bother reading it and take it as moc..... and low-and -behold toward the end in the quickest way it could be possibly described ...
resealed..nicely hidden away mate !!!!
the seller knows its a con, i know its a con, you guys know its a con, but theres many people who will not read the whole description who wont know! and thats why ebay isnt a safe place to trade, and its only going to get worse.....
iam going to move house soon , i might sell my lot the same way just before i move.....i'd be like kyser sosay..."
like that he was gone"
iam getting off my soapbox now !!
